Dua Lipa’s Fashion Week Look Consists of Lingerie, Sheer Lace, and Not Much Else

Dua Lipa has become known for her daring dress sense, and her latest front row appearance at Milan Fashion Week did not disappoint. The “Potion” singer arrived at the GCDS autumn / winter ’23 show on 24 Feb. wearing black underwear that was perfectly visible through her black lace jumpsuit. Supporting one of her best friends, Giuliano Calza, founder and creative director of the Italian brand, Lipa joined him for photos after the show looking every inch the supermodel herself.

It wasn’t just the high-neck, super-sheer black lace jumpsuit with built-in gloves that caught our attention, but all the details were on point, too. While her black bra and briefs were on show, we couldn’t help but make comparisons to Morticia Addams, the matriarch of Netflix’s “Wednesday”. Lipa’s long, straight hair was kept in a middle parting, while her smokey eye makeup and matte lips felt as if they were pulled straight from the Addams makeup bag and given a modern makeover. Black platform heels completed the look, although Lipa did add a pop of colour with vampish red nails and a red patent heart-shaped bag.

Lipa attended her friend’s show just hours after she sat on the front row at the highly-anticipated Prada show, which saw her model another trend of the moment: the trouser-less trend. The Albanian citizen rocked a printed shirt, oversized black blazer, sheer black tights, and loafers. Yes, trousers were missing. She joins Maya Hawke and Kylie Jenner by stepping out sans bottoms.

It’s also not the first time Lipa has exposed her underwear from beneath her outfit. The 27-year-old wore a sparkling minidress for New Year’s Eve complete with an exposed thong and matched her knickers to her Patrick Starr-inspired fishnet dress which was also by GCDS, back in November. And she’s proven she has a penchanct for jumpsuits while wearing an array of neon cutout catsuits by Mugler while on her “Future Nostalgia” world tour last year.
